Privacy Policy

Effective: June 3, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 3, 2026

Maroon Bell Technologies, LLC ("Maroon Bell," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at maroonbell.us (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Our Site includes several forms for the purposes of contact and assessment. If you choose to submit a form, you may provide:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • A free-form message of your choosing, and any information contained therein

Submitting these forms is entirely optional. We collect this information only when you provide it through forms across the Site.

B. Direct Contact

The Site includes email and telephone links that open your email client or phone dialer directly when clicked. Any communication that results from clicking these links is handled by your own email or phone application and is not processed by our Site. For more information on email processing, see Section 3 below.

C. Scheduling via Calendly

We use Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to facilitate meeting bookings. If you interact with Calendly embedded on or linked from our Site, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Calendly may also use cookies. Calendly's collection and use of your data is governed by their own privacy notice, available at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

D. Passive / Automatic Collection

We do not independently deploy analytics software, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. However, our Site is served through Cloudflare, a third-party network infrastructure and security provider. Cloudflare may automatically collect certain technical data — such as IP addresses, browser type, and page request information — and may set its own cookies for security and performance purposes. Additionally, Calendly may set cookies when used for scheduling (see Section C above). Any cookies present on the Site are attributable to Cloudflare or Calendly, not Maroon Bell directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you voluntarily provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or message
  • Schedule and conduct meetings you request
  • Communicate with you about your business needs

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct business communication you initiated.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate this Site.

Google Workspace

Our email is hosted through Google Workspace. When you contact us or we respond to a contact form submission, your information passes through Google's infrastructure as part of normal email processing. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Calendly

As described above, Calendly operates independently and handles scheduling data under its own privacy notice at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Cloudflare

Our Site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a reverse proxy and provides network security, performance, and reliability services. Cloudflare may process technical data about Site visitors (such as IP addresses and request metadata) as part of its infrastructure role, and may set cookies on your device. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (e.g., a court order or subpoena).

4. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were submitted, or as required by applicable law. If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request to the extent practicable (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

Maroon Bell does not set cookies directly. Cloudflare, which serves our Site, may set cookies for security and performance purposes. Calendly, when embedded or linked on our Site, may also set cookies to support scheduling functionality. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Calendly's scheduling features but will not affect your ability to contact us directly.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you may contact us to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Ask questions about how your data is used

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing your voluntarily submitted data is legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries you have initiated.

If you are a California resident, we confirm that we do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us at contact@maroonbell.us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Calendly). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
