We use Calendly to facilitate meeting scheduling. By using the scheduling tool, you agree to Calendly's own Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Scheduling a meeting does not constitute a contractual commitment or engagement by either party.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Maroon Bell Technologies, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party services including Cloudflare (infrastructure), Google Workspace (email), and Calendly (scheduling). The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service or site, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Maroon Bell makes no representations that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maroon Bell Technologies, LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
